Victor is Build Equinox Vice President of Business Development, and much more. He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and more than 20 years of experience in HVAC engineering. Victor’s firsthand, boots-on-the-ground knowledge in ventilation and indoor air quality provides an opportunity for you to ask questions from an expert. Victor serves on ASHRAE (engineering society for ventilation, air quality, heating, and cooling engineering) committees that establish ventilation and air quality guidelines. He’s conducted a variety of indoor air quality field studies ranging from residential to houses of worship and has been a member of multiple Wisconsin and Milwaukee committees working to provide healthy, energy efficient affordable housing.
